COVID-19 | Let's Keep You, Your Family & Our Staff Safe 

What You Can Do

Please Call Us To Reschedule If:

  • Unwell    -  You're at all unwell (including simple cough or cold).

  • Travel      -  You have returned from overseas travel within the past 2 weeks.

  • Contact  -   If you've come into contact with anyone unwell or that's traveled.

What We're Doing For You

Patient Screening:

  • Being a bookings only clinic, we're able to send reminder texts letting patients know to reschedule if they pose a risk to other patients or our staff.

Doors Open:

  • All our doors are open. No touching of door handles for you. 

Hand Sanitiser:

  • Available on the reception desk for before & after your appointment.

Social Distancing:

  • We're using multiple rooms to keep the waiting room less busy. 

Surface Disinfecting:

  • We've always thoroughly cleaned the treatment tables between patients. 

  • Now we're doing the same with chairs and surfaces after every patient. 

Staff Self Isolation:

  • Staff will not be at work for 2 weeks if they are at all unwell.
